Skills Lab – “reduce food waste” Fingerfood – 21.01.16

On Thursday the 21st of January the Luxembourg Food Academy organised its first Skills Lab for 2016.

Carlo Sauber gave a cooking workshop at the LTB (Lycée Technique de Bonnevoie) all around the topic of “reducing food waste”.

During 3 hours the participants learned  more about preparing fingerfood without wasting to much food. At the end of the workshop we tasted our own culinary delights.
