Skills Lab – Fish – 22.10.15

On Thursday the 22nd of October the Luxembourg Food Academy organised the first Skills Lab – cooking workshop at the LTB (Lycée Technique de Bonnevoie).

During 3 hours the participants learned  more about round and flat fish, pacticed to fillet fish and  go t to know different preparation methods. At the end of the workshop we tasted our own culinary delights.
